I leave Voice Mail for the CPS Caseworker... several times over the course of three days, they don't return my calls and are "Out" when I go in to the Office to try to see them in person.  In fact the surly CPS Receptionist tries to slough me off and put me in a long DES line "Over there", pointing to a long line snaking out the door, so she won't even have to deal with me.  Not a chance Sista... I tell her that this isn't one of these "Long line over there kinda Problems", I'm right in front of who I need to be because of the Problem with a Bum Insurance they forced upon us and I WILL get resolved because my Grandbaby's Welfare is at stake!   And under my breath... Lord Jesus, Help me to not blow my whole Christian Witness with this confrontational Woman who doesn't want to do her Job and is intent on doing the least amount possible for Clients!!!    Of coarse, being its CPS maybe that IS her Job, I dunno, that's probably part of the reason why they're in the midst of a Huge Investigation and have two separate subcontracted Agencies scrutinizing all their Work now!?!  In fact, both subcontracted Agency Caseworkers involved with our Case will be hearing from me too when I can finally get hold of them. *Winks*  </em></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; A Short Lived Victory... And Urban Restoration

 I could already tell he was going to be staying a while now and the Game Plan was probably changing by the minute.  It was... and no projection on Release Date now... I don't know how to Feel about it actually... Poor Old Man!!!   She Loves this Show but she made me switch the Channel immediately and she was clearly upset and angry... saying they shouldn't take Advantage of an Old Man like Grandpa!!!   I told her it was meant to be Comedy and not Mean or Upsetting, she countered with it WAS <u>NOT</u> FUNNY and she does not like that Girl now!!!  It was all I could do to Comfort her... Kids have Profound Instinct about stuff, even when you try to protect and shield them from harsh Realities.  So I too am really Hoping he can come Home again sooner than later.  I don't want him to Believe we're Abandoning him or Forgetting about him... he has a tendancy to do that since his Short Term Memory is shot to Hell so he often cannot remember calls and visits or Process Time lapsing.   He'll often call me several times a day and not remember that it's not the first time.  He'll be convinced and panic stricken that he couldn't get hold of me for days... until I remind him that we already talked and then remind him of what he told me... which calms him down, since he realizes I couldn't know unless it's True.  It's like having perpetual Amnesia I suppose and I couldn't Imagine what that is like, but it must be terrifying when the Present and recent Past just keeps getting erased over and over each day.</em></div><div align="center"> </div><div align="center"><em></em> </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; I already have the hefty mound of paperwork I already had to pay the Courts for the last time I went.  The VA Attorney told me when I went to their Workshop last week seeking Help for Family Law to fill it all out but there would be Problems since two out of three Parents are MIA and out of the Country, so International 'Service' will be an Issue, especially with Homeless Parents with no permanent address... and it's only paperwork for one Child... I'll have to get another set for Child No. 2.  And each Case could be handled and scheduled separately...
