A couple of weeks ago I came up with the idea of cutting up pill bottles and using them as jewelry. The ideas have really been flowing lately. I came up with these over the weekend.
I love this pair. These beads are made from multi colored stones. The difference in textures between the shiny plastic and matte stones really works.
Then on Monday I woke up and had the idea of cutting them into smaller pieces and stringing them onto wire with beads in between. I am thinking about doing necklaces this way as well.
These ones are available at the Dancing Eye Gallery in downtown Northville.
This style of necklace has been a best seller at the shows I've done lately. I will have it listed on etsy tomorrow.
