As we conclude the Melrose Street Fair & Car Show Tour... along with some more Beautiful Treasure Hunting Images at RUST & ROSES and SIRENS & SAINTS... it is also with a heavy Heart that I write today's Post since we received two calls in one day bearing significantly bad news. I am reminded that in the midst of Beauty and Good Times there can also be the unlovely times Life often deals us and we must deal with in the best and healthiest way possible. It can be a delicate balance... enjoying Life while simultaneously dealing with Life Issues, Complications, Sorrows and Trials.
Both my Dear Mom and The Man's Dear Mom are facing life threatening health complications and we got word on the same day that they are each Hospitalized and Life is hanging delicately in the balance. Both have Lived Life fully and are Inspirational Women with great Strength and tremendous Faith, Leading their Families by Example for well over half a Century. I can only aspire to be like each of them and am Blessed to have such a Wonderful Mom and Mother-In-Law. We are Hopeful that their enduring Strength and Tenacity will pull them through even in the frailty of old age and the challenges that it presents on recovering from serious illness. I know that our Inner Circle of Family and Friends as well as those of you here in the Land Of Blog will also be holding our Family up in Prayer during this difficult trying time. And it is important to me, even during the most challenging times, to still look for the Beauty, the Promise and recognize the Blessings that each Day holds.
