It was perfect timing that The Man was discharged from Hospital just in time for his Birthday... so we've celebrated here... and we've celebrated there... and we've extended the celebrations for four days... celebrating everywhere! Just a peek into some of the festivities... and no, before you congratulate me on the tasty looking confections, I cannot take the credit for them... one of our favorite Bakeries is in a local Safeway Grocery Stores and we love the individual cakes, pastries and ice-creams... this way everyone gets exactly what they desire and are jonesin' for... and Princess T finally got to organize that long awaited Party she'd been eagerly planning for Granpa, with the help of Big Brother, Prince R, and do her Dance... Happy Birthday Honey... we Love you... and may we continue to celebrate Life together each and every day... for many more years to come!!! ... Dawn... The Bohemian
I'm linking up with Jill over at GYPSY BROCANTE for The Porch Club... my entry is of Princess T sitting out on the Porch one fine Spring with our beloved Fur Baby Boy Cat, Gypsy, who disappeared one day never to be seen again and we still dearly miss... we like to imagine he's still out traveling the World, true to his name, as the free Spirited Gypsy Cat that he was...
Alas though our assignment was to photograph porches in our Hood... since ours is one of the few Historic Homes left that wasn't razed... and most modern Homes in the area no longer have the front Porch in these cookie cutter Stepfordish subdivisions *shudder*... so I'm just sharing this Ole' Homestead's Porch...
