There's nothing more enjoyable than Food, Fun & Fashions combined... and this Saturday at my Friend Carol's COTTAGE GARDENS Shop #2 Carol and a dozen of her Customers put on a Fashion Show to showcase the new Fall Line of Fashions and Accessories that had just come in. Meilan had done a terrific job of Styling each Volunteer Model and everyone had such fun... all of you Gals did a terrific job of showing us how to put together some amazing outfits and rocking it! There were some Professional Photographers there covering the Event and I'm sure their Photos will be more flattering than mine... all of the Models looked Beautiful in their ensembles... and quite a few fell in Love with what they Modeled and ended up buying their pieces... I don't blame them, these were some great looks... and when you look good, you feel good... and that's what Fashion is all about!
Wine, a generous Buffet and Sorbet were served after the Show and everyone shopped to their Heart's content and made their Wish Lists for those items they didn't take Home that Evening. The Baik Baik Pants from Hawaii were my favorite new look... and of coarse the Crocheted and Upcycled Lace & Linen Tops, Vests & Dusters from Wings Of Lace and Pure West. After the Show... and a few glasses of Wine *Winks* many of us were Modeling some of our fav Styles... and the BFF Tina looked amazing in one of the Crocheted Jackets, the fit was perfect & the details were lovely on this OOAK piece. I still think you should have got it GF, you were definitely rockin' it!
Alas, the one I liked best was not the right size for Yours Truly... but hey, that's why we have to Model them beforehand right?! *LOL* But I thought I'd show you me stuffed into it just so you can see the amazing details of the Jacket *Smiles*... on the right sized Model it would look positively divine! Just even more incentive for me to work harder at the Gym right? *Wink* And the new Jewelry and Accessories at the Shop were fabulous. Thanks again to all of the Gals for making it such a fun Evening... and since there was such a good turnout, lets do this again sometime soon okay!?!
