For those of you who live in the Valley, remember that the first Saturday of each Month during October through May, from 9 AM to 4 PM, Historic Downtown Glendale will be Hosting it's Open Air Market. Live Music, Food, Art, Antiques, Collectibles, Crafts and other Found Treasures will be waiting for you to come enjoy! Our Weather is finally cooling down so you can enjoy a Beautiful day at a fun Outdoor Marketplace and wander the other great Shops & Restaurants that line Glendale Avenue and the surrounding Beautiful tree lined Historic District. I went this weekend and had a great time, the local Bands playing were phenominal and SO many great Treasures to discover, a Junquers Paradise it was! Stopped by my Friend Margie's Booth {Cee Cee of CEE CEE'S ON THE CORNER} and absolutely fell in Love with the Old Door Creations her Talented Husband had created again! *Swooning Heavily*
And anytime I'm in Downtown Glendale at Lunchtime I simply must stop by LITTLE SAIGON Restaurant to have a tasty Lunch & some hot Jasmine Tea! My Friends John & Julie are the sweetest young couple & John's Parents prepare a wide variety of AMAZING dishes of authentic Vietnamese foods... so if you enjoy Vietnamese Cuisine you should not miss this place while visiting Downtown Glendale.
