Okay, so maybe I tempted fate by bragging on our fabulous Arizona December weather in my last Post. Because it decided to pour in rain all day AND get cold *le sigh*, which put somewhat of a damper on the Melrose Crawl since the Artists that usually set up their blacktop boudoirs had to cancel or do trunk shows inside the shops and we had to take the whole thing indoors. We sure missed Dos Fannies and Paris Montana not being able to make it, but adorable Tricia Samsal of Vintage Bliss had her fabulous creations on display and I fell in love with several pieces... as well as the Flapper Style Mannequin heads. By that evening it was no longer raining and the temps were quite pleasant but who knew it would abate in time for the festivities. Still, it was bustling on the street... some rain and cold wouldn't keep die hard Melrose Crawlers away after all. *wink* It was great to see so many familiar faces... and I always LOVE, LOVE, LOVE what Pauline and Minnie are wearing modeling for us... you Gals rock it!!! Pauline's layered Bling was off the hook as usual, the Altered Art and Vintage Necklaces were to die for! BFF and I began our Crawl immediately after work, a thoughtfully prepared meal at her house, and me admiring her Christmas ambiance and decor... then it was off to the City... and we started at 'Rust And Roses' ... as you can see, along with Tricia's beautiful Bling, we had several items that caught our eye this particular evening. However, I was definitely in a Victorian Tin Ceiling trance so I had major tunnel vision going on after fixating on the Tin. *LOL* I promise more photos taken at the Shop on several other visits will be in future Posts so that you can have a major swoon and lustfest over the lovelies abounding there... we had so many places to visit, shopping to do and so many people to visit with that I wasn't in photo taking overdrive mode this evening. *Smiles* But, we will continue our Crawl with Post #2 tomorrow... Dawn... The Bohemian
